To prepare:
STOVE METHOD
Boil water in a pan and add one noodle cake per person. Separate the noodles gently with a fork and reduce the heat to medium to prevent overcooking.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until they begin to soften, gently stirring occasionally. Do not overcook.
Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse well with cold running water to stop the cooking process.

You can re-heat by adding them to your main ingredients or pouring hot water over them.
MICROWAVE METHOD
Use a microwavable bowl with lid or a microwave ramen noodle bowl.
Add one ramen cake, fill water to the water line, or add 2 cups of water and cover. (Ideas: Crush a 1/2 to 1 bouillon cube and add to your water. Try chicken, beef or vegetable broth instead of water).
Cook for 3 minutes on high power. Remove from microwave and carefully open the lid. Using a fork, flip the ramen cake over.
Cover and cook on high power for 2 minutes. Using oven mitts, remove from the microwave and let it sit for 3 minutes until cooked through. Let them sit for up to 5 minutes for a softer noodle.
Stir well with a fork to separate the noodles. Keep the liquid (the liquid is absorbed by the noodles the longer you leave them), or drain and add to your ingredients.
