King Soba Brown Rice Paper is organic and gluten free, requires no cooking and is ideal for Vietnamese style spring or summer rolls. Try a savory style with cooked vegetables, tofu or meat and any dipping sauce. Or try a sweet alternative with sliced fresh fruit and a chocolate dipping sauce. Just soak, fill and roll!

Preparation:

  1. Dip the wraps in warm water for 15-20 seconds,
  2. Remove gently and shake off excess water
  3. Lay one wrap (or two if you want a thicker roll) on a flat surface
  4. Layer your filling at the bottom edge of the wrap. Finish off with fresh herbs
  5. Fold and roll
  6. Serve up and eat fresh or lightly fry until golden
  7. Enjoy with dipping sauce
