Shipping
Orders take 1-2 business days to process Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Most orders ship by USPS Priority Mail delivery service and are delivered in 1-3 business days. Large, bulky orders are shipped via FedEx which can take 2-5 business days for delivery depending on where you live**.

These costs include packing and shipping your order. No extra fees are charged.
NOTE:
- Only valid on orders shipping to one address.
- To keep shipping fees low, your order may arrive in more than one box.
- After processing, most deliveries usually take 1-3 business days to arrive, but could take up to 7 business days or longer depending on USPS or FedEx carrier circumstances.
**We currently do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico APO/FPO and US Territories. This also includes AP, AA, AE, American Samoa, Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and Palau.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to:
- An incorrect shipping address.
- USPS, UPS or FedEx carrier circumstances such as severe weather conditions, etc.
- On the rare occasions, an order may be held if the item is out of stock. We will contact you if this happens and issue a full refund.
- If you are not at home the delivery driver will use their discretion as to whether to leave the package at the door, with a building manager, or with a neighbor. If the delivery driver determines that this is not possible, then they leave a calling card with information that they will attempt another delivery, a phone number to contact them, or request that you contact your local post office to pick up the package.
