The classic pumpkin is a healthy and versatile vegetable. It is rich in potassium and beta-carotene, an important antioxidant. We’ve blended pumpkin with a subtle zing of ginger and wholesome brown rice for noodles that taste delicious, and are good for you too! King Soba Organic Pumpkin, Ginger & Brown Rice Noodles are kosher, ideal for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs or people who are wheat and gluten sensitive. Noodles are a great staple food, try using instead of pasta as a quick, healthy, gluten-free alternative. These aromatic noodles are just as good cold as they are hot. Cook in a delicious Asian stir-fry or toss into a refreshing salad with fresh cherry tomatoes!

Ingredients: Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Pumpkin, Organic Ginger. 

To prepare:

Remove the paper ties around the noodle bundles.
In a medium to large pot, bring water to a rolling boil (if the pot is too small the noodles will stick together). 
Submerge the noodles and reduce the heat to medium to prevent overcooking.
Stir with a fork or chopsticks, separating the noodles gently to avoid any clumping.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until they begin to soften, gently stirring occasionally. Do not overcook.
Drain in a colander under cold running water and rinse well to stop the cooking process.
Re-heat by either adding the noodles to your main ingredients, pour hot water over them or briefly microwave.
