Help yourself to a nourishing bowl of ramen noodles, traditionally served in a miso broth and topped with whatever takes your fancy! Our King Soba USA Organic Buckwheat Ramen is made with 100% organic buckwheat. Despite its' name, buckwheat contains no wheat, instead it is a seed of a broad leaf plant. Highly nutritious, this ramen is a great source of slow release carbohydrate and easily digestible proteins. This is an excellent alternative to wheat products while being a thoroughly satisfying meal with miso, vegetables, tofu or meat.

King Soba Organic Buckwheat Ramen is kosher, ideal for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs or people who are gluten and wheat sensitive. Use them when you want a 100% organic, wheat & gluten-free quick and healthy food alternative.

Ingredients: Organic 100% Buckwheat flour.

To prepare:
Boil water in a pan and add one noodle cake per person.
Gently separate the noodles with a fork and reduce the heat to medium to prevent clumping.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until they begin to soften, gently stirring occasionally. Be careful not to overcook.
Drain and rinse well in a colander to prevent sticking.

You can re-heat by either; adding to your ingredients, pouring hot water over them or briefly microwaving.

Use a microwavable bowl with lid or a microwave ramen noodle bowl.
Add one ramen cake and fill water to the water line, or add 2 cups of water and cover. (Ideas: Crush 1/2 to 1 bouillon cube and add to your water. Try chicken, beef or vegetable broth instead of water).
Cook for 3 minutes on high power. Remove from microwave and carefully open the lid. Using a fork, flip the ramen cake over.
Cover and cook on high power for 2 minutes. Using oven mitts, remove from the microwave and let it sit for 3 minutes until cooked through. Let them sit for up to 5 minutes for a softer noodle.
Stir well with a fork to separate the noodles. Keep the liquid or drain and add to your ingredients. The liquid is absorbed by the noodles the longer you leave them.
