King Soba Organic Sweet Potato & Buckwheat Noodles are a delicious blend of two healthy foods, which are also on the low glycemic index. Buckwheat contains no wheat and is naturally gluten free. It's protein characteristics are considered to help lower cholesterol. Sweet potato is a low-fat food, rich in nutrients.

Noodles are generally considered one of the most nourishing ‘fast foods’ on earth. A highly versatile staple food, try using instead of pasta as a quick, healthy, gluten-free alternative. These healthy noodles are delicious served in a Japanese style vegetable soup or stir-fried with vegetables, tofu or meat.

Ideal for for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs or people who are gluten and wheat sensitive. Kosher, and for those who prefer a healthy food alternative.

Produced in a dedicated Gluten Free facility.
Ingredients: Organic Buckwheat Flour, Organic Sweet Potato.

Using a medium to large pot to avoid any clumping, bring water to a rolling boil.
Submerge the noodles them reduce the heat to medium to prevent overcooking.
