Our Organic SupaSoba Sprouted Buckwheat Noodles are naturally wheat & gluten-free. Sprouting seeds and grains stimulates the release of enzymes to pre-digest starch, which may aid in gut health and improved digestion.

Noodles provide a quick and healthy food alternative. These sprouted buckwheat  noodles are delicious served in a Japanese style vegetable soup or stir-fried with vegetables, tofu or meat. Noodles are a highly versatile staple food and can be used in a typical Asian meal or try using them as a spaghetti pasta for a healthy, gluten-free alternative.

Ideal for for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs or people who are gluten and wheat sensitive. Kosher, and for those who prefer a healthy food alternative.

Produced in a dedicated Gluten Free facility.
Ingredients: Organic Sprouted Buckwheat Flour, Water.
Allergies: Trace amounts of sesame, soya, peanuts and nuts may be found at the facility due to transportation of raw ingredients.

Using a medium to large pot to avoid any clumping, bring water to a rolling boil.
Submerge the noodles them reduce the heat to medium to prevent overcooking.
Using a fork or chopsticks, briefly stir the noodles, gently separating them to avoid any clumping.
